1. About the game.

This is the second fan game I've made, the first being "Gryz's Quest". Anyways, the game takes place in AW2283, roughly a year before Phantasy Star IV. You
play as Kyra who along with her friend Kalsu try and find out what is causing a strange illness on a small island called the Cat's Claw. This minor mission turns into
a more important one as they discover an evil entity which is changing Dezolis's climate to be even colder using an abandoned Climate Control Center which still is
operational. This fan game also starts with a small intro explaining a little of Algo's past and ending with a "to be continued" like in my first fan game. Like in my first
fan game, the continuation is Phantasy Star IV.

2. Credits

Well, I worked by myself on this project but I did use a lot resources which I shall get to soon. Anyways, here's the credits written as best as I could:

Author/creator of game: Daniel Lungu (Danny) Email any errors or suggestions at Nightblade49@hotmail.com or post a comment at pscave at my fan game topic.
Boss sprites were ripped by me from Phantasy Star IV. Kurei's faceset is Juza's edited by me. The charset and battle animations were Chaz's also edited by me.
Kalsu's faceset was edited from one of Phantasy Star IV Espers and the battle animation was an edit from Kyra's. As for Honin, his faceset was an edit from Gyuna.
I also ripped some tiles to use in various chipsets and that's about all I did. And also aside from making the game itself as well as the story for it. ^_^
Note: I've added a font patch that should be used on your Kyra's Quest folder where the game is to fix the text if it looks messy. To play Kyra's Quest, simply
extract the .izh file then use the install file in the folder where your game is. It's pretty straight forward.

3. Special thanks

- Don Miguel for translating RPG Maker 2000 in English for everyone to use. I also used the same ship design as one in Don's adventures near the end of my game.
- Rodrigo from pscave for letting me use some of his resources from his fan game, Raja's adventure. The Esper chipset as well as some monsters are thanks to him.
- Sega for creating the Phantasy Star series of which my fan game is based on.
- Yasunori Mitsuda and veteran Final Fantasy composer Nobuo Uematsu for composing the music in Chrono Trigger. I used some remixed versions in my fan game.
- Enterbrain and ASCII for creating and publishing RPG Maker 2000.
- Enix, the company which made Tales of Phantasia. I thought I would mention them since I used a lot of remixed midi songs from that game.
